Present your e-Card (c-Card)

If you are a certified diver, you must present us with your certification. If you cannot prove that you are a certified diver, we may refuse to use our shop.

Medical statement

We ask all customers to fill your medical statement so that everyone can dive safely before diving.
Please check the following questions. If you have a question that answers "YES", that doesn't mean you aren't eligible to dive. That means you need your doctor's advice to dive safely.
Please consult your doctor in advance and bring Diver Medical | Participant Questionnaire with your doctor's signature.

1. I have had problems with my lungs/breathing, heart, blood, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

I have/have had:

  • Chest surgery, heart surgery, heart valve surgery, stent placement, or a pneumothorax (collapsed lung).
  • Asthma, wheezing, severe allergies, hay fever or congested airways within the last 12 months that limits my physical activity/exercise.
  • A problem or illness involving my heart such as: angina, chest pain on exertion, heart failure, immersion pulmonary edema, heart attack or
    stroke, OR am taking medication for any heart condition.
  • Recurrent bronchitis and currently coughing within the past 12 months, OR have been diagnosed with emphysema.
  • A diagnosis of COVID-19.

Payment methods

Payment by Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit Card (Indonesian domestic bank), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and JCB) are accepted. Please pay to our accounting staff.

Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel (injury, illness, or other customers convenience), Please contact us immediately. Contacted by email or WhatsApp, please check our reply.

Cancellation of PART OF YOUR BOOKING (Scuba diving, Snorkel, Each optional service, and Transport)

Cancellation must be received no later than 2 days.

Be imposed as cancellation fee

  • Cancellation is made on the day before, we will charge 10% of the total amount of your booking contents.
  • Cancellation is made on date, we will charge 50% of the total amount of your booking contents.

Cancellation of ALL YOUR BOOKINGS (Each activity and Package)

Cancellation must be received no later than 7 days on normal season and 30 days on high season.

Be imposed as cancellation fee

  • Cancellation is made within shorter notice, we will charge 10% of the total amount of your bookings.
  • Cancellation is made on the day before, we will charge 50% of the total amount of your bookings.
  • Cancellation is made on date or no-show, we will charge 100% of the total amount of your bookings.

*Cancellation of accommodation will be in accordance with each hotel's cancellation policy.

Conditions

  • Prices are valid through 31st December 2024
  • High season periods: Lebaran, 1st July to 31st August, and 21st December to 5th January
  • Group prices (4 divers or more) are available upon request
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
